Rohan Gleeson is the Managing Director at Spectrum Consultants, a multidisciplinary mining, engineering and dam management consultancy.

He is a dual-qualified Geologist and Mining Engineer with over 15 years of experience in mining, exploration, and geotechnical engineering across Australia and Southeast Asia. Rohan specialises in greenfields exploration, mine startup, and integrated project management, delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions for mining and dam management projects.

He is an active member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), the Society of Economic Geologists, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, contributing technical expertise and leadership in mine closure, operation & monitoring, and tailings dam management.
